They didn’t deliver all the pizzas I ordered

I ordered online for a specific time and received the notification that my pizza was ready for the pick up. However, they made me wait 20 minutes with no excuse nor explanation, and also forgot that I had paid for a Coca Cola. A bit pricey as well.

One of the pizzas was really burnt. It was impossible to eat it. Very disappointed!
