I ordered online for a specific time and received the notification that my pizza was ready for the pick up. However, they made me wait 20 minutes with no excuse nor explanation, and also forgot that I had paid for a Coca Cola. A bit pricey as well.

One of the pizzas was really burnt. It was impossible to eat it. Very disappointed!

Pizza stockée de manière dans le sac de livraison, elles sont arrivées dans un état lamentable. juste immangeables et froides… très déçu.

After one hour of waiting we called to ask about our order and if we hadnt called, they would have forgotten about it. After the call it still took 30 mins. Really disappointing

Time is always the worst thing, they tell you at first 15 mins and it ends up becoming 1 hour. Also, pizza quality is not good for waiting 1 hour, they do it quickly and without making any effort
